As a seasoned Costa Rican Attorney specializing in Public Law, particularly in Public Procurement, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law, I offer comprehensive legal solutions to clients across Costa Rica and internationally.  With over 15 years of experience and dual legal practice authorized in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, I am adept at navigating complex legal landscapes.

My academic background includes MSc. studies in Public Law from Universidad de Costa Rica, MBA studies from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, and law degrees from Universidad Americana de Nicaragua and Universidad de Costa Rica. 

Throughout my career, I've provided legal counsel and representation in administrative litigation, public procurement processes, constitutional matters, and various aspects of Business Law.  Notably, I've handled and participated in civil cases involving medical malpractice and civil liability involving international companies like Dole Food Co., Shell, and Dow Chemical.

My membership in the Costa Rican Bar Association and accreditation by the Supreme Court of Justice of Nicaragua affirm my professional standing. With a focus on client advocacy, empathy, and organizational skills, I ensure tailored legal solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
